My name is Marlena (pronounced Mar-lay-nuh) and I was born and raised here in Windsor!
I LOVE Halloween (best day of the year) and my favourite show is The Sopranos. I have an intense love for music, movies, and my cat, Ham.
In 2020 I started making charcuterie arrangements for friends/family and the idea took off. In the spring of this year, I took a leap of faith and quit my corporate job to pursue my passion- food! I can't wait to share my love for charcuterie with all of you and bring something new and exciting to Windsor's local food scene.
